​Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Workshop  - $150

Duration: 2.5 Hours

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create fresh mozzarella and ricotta from start to finish. Once you’ve made your cheeses, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations at your leisure. The perfect way to savor your hard work!Add-ons:Want to make your event even more special? Add a grazing platter with house-made sourdough crackers, labneh, ricotta, seasonal fruits, and more. Burrata and bubbles  - $180

Duration: 3 Hours

We have all seen this ball of magic on the restaurant menues around by now, you supply your favorite bubbles, together we will make Burrata! We will also make Bocconcini, Mozzarella and Stracciatella.                                                    

​Butter, Yoghurt & Labneh Workshop - $150

Duration: 3 Hours

Ever wondered how to make butter or yoghurt in your kitchen? This workshop will walk you through the process. You’ll also make labneh, a tangy Middle Eastern cheese. Since yoghurt and labneh need some extra time, you’ll take home the products we make during the session (just make sure to have fridge space for them to hang overnight). Meanwhile, you’ll enjoy samples that I’ll bring along.​

 

Halloumi & Paneer Workshop  $160

Duration: 3 Hours

Who doesn’t love grilled Halloumi? During this hands-on session, you’ll press your Halloumi while diving into the various uses of a lactic acid cheese like paneer. After making your cheeses, you’ll have a chance to enjoy some grilled Halloumi and other goodies as we explore more recipes and techniques.

 

Sourdough Bread & Butter Workshop  $160

Duration: 3.5 Hours

I have run multiple workshops teaching people how to make sourdough bread. Now let me bring it to your own kitchen!You get to learn how to make sourdough bread from scratch, I will give you my 20 year old sourdough mother for you all to continue on baking. Ongoing support after the event. I provide easy to follow recipes.You can’t have bread without butter! We will turn delicious local cream into homemade butter. ​

Nibbles & Sides Grazing Platter - $18 per person

A delicious grazing platter to enjoy while you create your culinary magic! Includes house-made sourdough crackers, labneh, ricotta, local honey, seasonal fruits, nuts and dried fruit.

 

Don’t Mess Around Sides Platter - $25 per person

A more indulgent platter, featuring organic sourdough, crackers, chocolate fudge cake, seasonal fruits, nuts, hummus, seasonal spreads and more.​
